This page has been created to provide a clear and orderly process for clergy members of the Georgia State Council, 30th Episcopal District, who need assistance with licensing, credentialing, or related clergy formation matters.

As Suffragan Bishop Elect for the Office of Theological Education, Dr. Cynthia F. Bynum will provide scheduled support during designated appointment windows. This process is intended to help clergy receive guidance, submit questions, and address credentialing concerns in a timely and organized manner.
